Women's Arts & Wellness Retreat

Retreat Overview

Our Women’s Arts & Wellness Retreat is designed to inspire, educate, and empower you to lead a fully vibrant and whole life.

We developed our retreat experience to be a creative, trusted space for participants to engage with various arts modalities and holistic wellness practices as conduits for restoring physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health.

Our approach is trauma-informed and recovery-focused. Together with our community partners, our goal is to deliver what promises to be a fun, enlightening, and transformational experience that you won’t soon forget.
