Retreat Overview
Our Women’s Arts & Wellness Retreat is designed to inspire, educate, and empower you to lead a fully vibrant and whole life.
We developed our retreat experience to be a creative, trusted space for participants to engage with various arts modalities and holistic wellness practices as conduits for restoring physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health.
Our approach is trauma-informed and recovery-focused. Together with our community partners, our goal is to deliver what promises to be a fun, enlightening, and transformational experience that you won’t soon forget.
What to Expect:
During this one-day retreat, all participants will have the opportunity to learn from local experts and engage in various hands-on practices, to include:
- Guided Meditation
- Somatic Movement
- Mindful Art
- Reiki and Energy Healing
- Chakra Clearing and Balance
- Vagal Toning
- EFT Tapping
- Acupressure
- Sound Healing
- … and so much more!
Lunch and light refreshments will be provided for all participants throughout the day.

The Storytellers Alliance only works with vetted and experienced professionals in the arts and wellness spaces, many of which, have advanced degrees in their respective fields. We have high expectations of our instructors and facilitators so we can offer high-quality programming to you!
